We want you to love your Hairbrella, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in brand-new condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your Hairbrella.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
